Job Descriptions
1.) สรรหา ผู้รับเหมางานก่อสร้างโครงการ ลงประกาศสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ทุกช่องทาง ลงพื้นที่ 2.) ติดตามแผนงานก่อสร้างโครงการ พร้อมจัดทำรายงาน 3.) ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานโครงการ 4.) ออกตรวจลงพื้นที่ก่อสร้างหน้างาน 5.) ประชุม / ติดตามงานต่างๆ 6.) รายงานผลการดำเนินการต่างๆ
Qualifications
  1. เพศ ชาย / หญิง อายุระหว่าง 25 - 30 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส-ปริญญาตรี
  3. มีความคล่องตัว ไหวพริบดี - สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
  4. บุคคลิกภาพ คล่องตัวสูง พูดจาฉะฉาน มีความกระตือรือล้นในการทำงาน
  5. มีทักษะในด้านการคิดคำนวณ ตรวจสอบ และทำงานโดยละเอียดรอบคอบได้
  6. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft พื้นฐานได้ดี
  7. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในธุรกิจงานก่อสร้างเบื้องต้น ( จะดีมาก )
  8. หากมีประสบการณ์การทำงานบริษัทรับเหมาก่อสร้าง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  9. สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้ ( กรณีมีงานเร่งด่วน )
  10. สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้ ( จะดีมาก )
  11. สามารถเดินทางไปต่างจังหวัดต่างๆ ได้ เพื่อตรวจสอบงานของโครงการก่อสร้าง
  12. เนื่องจากต้องดูหน้างาน จึงต้องมีความอดทนในสภาพอากาศที่ร้อน ( ถ้าไม่มีโรคประจำตัวจะดีมาก )
