Job Descriptions
NOVACAST Simulation is a global leader in advanced simulation software for the metal casting industry. Our mission is to help foundries and manufacturers produce high-quality castings while reducing waste and improving sustainability through cutting-edge digital technologies. We are currently seeking a Support Engineer who is technically skilled, customer-oriented, and enthusiastic about engineering simulation and metal casting processes. Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support for NovaCast software solutions such as NovaFlow&Solid, NovaMethod, and related tools • Troubleshoot customer issues, analyze simulation results, and recommend solutions • Coordinate with international development teams for advanced technical support when needed • Conduct software installations, training sessions, and technical onboarding for clients • Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and tutorial content • Assist with customer trials, software evaluations, and product testing as needed What We Offer: • Competitive salary based on experience • Annual performance bonus • Health insurance and travel allowance • Opportunities for international training and certification • Work with global engineering experts and access to world-class technology in casting simulation
Qualifications
  1. Male/ Age 26-35
  2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or related technical field
  3. Experience with CAE/CFD/FEM software (e.g., casting simulation, thermal analysis, fluid dynamics) is a strong advantage
  4. Basic knowledge of casting processes and principles such as heat transfer, mold filling, and solidification
  5. Good communication skills in English (especially for technical email and documentation)
  6. Problem-solving mindset and ability to support customers in both technical and practical aspects
  7. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) is a strong plus
  8. Ability to collaborate with global teams and work independently when required
