Job DescriptionsGovernment Project & Payment Administration
• Prepare, verify, and submit billing packages for government and other projects.
• Coordinate daily purchase requests, quotations, and new-supplier onboarding; obtain legal/ compliance
documents.
• Track outstanding payments; follow up on receipts and tax invoices; reconcile against PR/PO workflow.
• Maintain central repository of TORs, contracts, and correspondence with ministries and state enterprises.
Reporting & Presentation
• Compile concise research briefs on subsidies, regulations, and supplier performance.
• Produce weekly/monthly dashboards and quarterly management presentations
Meeting & Stakeholder Coordination
• Schedule and participate in team, payment, and project meetings; record minutes and drive closure of
action items.
• Act as day-to-day liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and government officers.
General Administrative Support
• Process advances, petty cash, and staff reimbursements accurately and on time.
• Support marketing events and stadium operations with ad-hoc tasks.
