- บริหารงานเค้าเตอร์แคชเชียร์
- ดูแลการรับชำระค่าบริการที่เค้าเตอร์บริการลูกค้า
- บริหารทีมงานและการสื่อสารภายในแผนก
- ส่งเสริมมาตรฐานการบริการของสาขา
- บริหารการขายสินค้าแลกซื้อ
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานแคชเชียร์ อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี
- มีภาวะผู้นำ เคยผ่านการบริหารทีมงาน
- มีทักษะด้านการบริการลูกค้าและสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและสามารถควบคุมดูแลความถูกต้องของการรับชำระสินค้าและบริการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
