Job Descriptions
- ตรวจสอบกระบวนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน GMP / HACCP / ISO - ตรวจสอบและจัดทำเอกสารคุณภาพ เช่น Batch Record, Line Clearance, Change Control - ตรวจสอบคุณภาพสินค้าในขั้นตอนระหว่างผลิต (In-process check) - ตรวจสอบความสะอาดของเครื่องจักร อุปกรณ์ และสภาพแวดล้อมการผลิต - ควบคุมการเก็บตัวอย่างและเอกสาร Traceability - รายงานปัญหาคุณภาพและประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของฉลาก บรรจุภัณฑ์ และการจัดเก็บ - ร่วมงานตรวจสอบ (Audit) จากหน่วยงานภายนอก เช่น อย. หรือลูกค้า
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย/หญิง
  2. อายุ 23 - 30 ปี
  3. ปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง วิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร,เคมี,ชีววิทยา,เทคโนโลยีอาหาร
  4. ผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์ 0–2 ปีในสายงาน QA หรือ QC
  5. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบ GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000
  6. สามารถใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์คุณภาพเบื้องต้น เช่น เครื่องวัด pH, ความชื้น, เครื่องชั่ง, ฯลฯ
  7. มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
  8. ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ (Word, Excel, Email)
  9. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี และทำงานร่วมกับแผนกต่าง ๆ ได้ดี
  10. มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ชัดเจน
  11. ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ (ถ้าเข้าใจระบบ GMP/HACCP/BRC)
