Job Descriptions
We are looking for a dynamic and technically knowledgeable Pre-sales Engineer to support our robotics and automation solution sales. This role involves working closely with the sales team and engineering team to analyze customer requirements, prepare concept designs, technical presentations, and quotations that align with customer needs. The ideal candidate has experience in automation systems, a good understanding of robotics applications, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: •Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable automation solutions. •Prepare technical proposals, system concepts, and layout drawings for customer presentations. •Coordinate with design, robotics, and software teams to define system specifications and scope. •Support the sales process through product demonstrations and technical clarifications. •Create cost estimation and prepare quotation documents. •Provide pre-sales documentation including BOM, project scope, and feasibility analysis. •Attend customer site visits and meetings to provide technical input.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
  2. 1–3 years of experience in automation or robotics-related pre-sales, technical sales, or engineering.
  3. Familiarity with industrial robots, sensors, and basic automation systems.
  4. Ability to interpret layouts, drawings, and technical documents.
  5. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  6. Knowledge of Solid Edge/ SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar CAD tools is a plus.
  7. Experience in solution design and customer engagement is preferred.
  8. Work Environment:
  9. Work closely with sales and engineering teams. Participate in customer visits, exhibitions, and internal technical reviews. Occasional travel may be required.
