Job Descriptions
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ: 1.จัดทำบัญชีรายรับ-รายจ่าย, บัญชีแยกประเภท, กระทบยอดธนาคาร 2.จัดทำภาษีและยื่นแบบภาษีรายเดือน (ภ.พ.30, ภ.ง.ด.3, 53, ภ.ง.ด.1) 3.ออกหนังสือรับรองหัก ณ ที่จ่ายให้คู่ค้า 4.ยื่นแบบและประสานงานหน่วยงานราชการ (สรรพากร, DBD, ฯลฯ) 5.ดูแลระบบเอกสารทางบัญชี เช่น ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบกำกับภาษี ใบเสร็จ 6.วางระบบบัญชีเบื้องต้นของบริษัท 7.เตรียมเอกสารสำหรับตรวจสอบงบการเงินประจำปี 8.งานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบบัญชีทั้งระบบ
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส./ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชีหรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ทำบัญชีอย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป และเคยทำงานโดยไม่มีสำนักงานบัญชี
  3. เข้าใจการวางระบบบัญชีของธุรกิจ SME
  4. สามารถยื่นภาษีได้ด้วยตนเองทั้งรายเดือนและรายปี
  5. ใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี (เช่น FlowAccount, Express, PEAK ฯลฯ) และ Excel ได้ดี
  6. มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ละเอียด รอบคอบ และตรงต่อเวลา
  7. หากมีประสบการณ์ติดต่อกรมสรรพากร หรือ DBD จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  8. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีน/ภาษาอังกฤษได้
