Job Descriptions
• วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของผู้ใช้ (User Requirements) และแปลงข้อมูลเป็นเอกสาร Functional / Non-functional requirements
• ร่วมมือกับทีม IT และฝ่ายธุรกิจเพื่อวิเคราะห์ช่องว่าง (GAP) ระหว่างความต้องการและระบบที่มีอยู่
• จัดทำ Use Case, Business Process Flow (BPMN), และ Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• ประสานงานในการออกแบบบริการ IT ที่ตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของธุรกิจ (สอดคล้องกับ Service Strategy และ Service Design ของ ITIL)
• ช่วยในการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการและประเมินความเสี่ยง
• ตรวจสอบและทดสอบคุณภาพของ deliverables ให้ตรงตามความต้องการ
• สนับสนุนกระบวนการ Continuous Improvement ตามหลักการของ CMMI
• ทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมแบบ Agile/Scrum โดยเข้าร่วมการวางแผน Sprint, Daily Stand-up และการประชุมถอดบทเรียน (Retrospective)
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปในสาขา IT, MIS, หรือ Business
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้าน Business Analysis อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจใน Framework เช่น ITIL, Agile, หรือ CMMI
- สามารถเขียน BRD, FSD, และ Test Case ได้
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการวิเคราะห์ที่ดี
