Job Descriptions
-Responsible for selling the company’s products and services to both existing and prospective customers -Understand and analyze customer needs in order to provide suitable product and service solutions -Contact clients to present products, negotiate pricing, and close sales -Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed assigned targets -Collaborate with the marketing team and provide market intelligence and competitor insights -Coordinate with other internal departments (production, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction -Follow up with clients and provide excellent after-sales service -Prepare regular sales reports, customer visit logs, and performance updates to supervisors -Willing to travel to visit clients or work in upcountry areas when required
Qualifications
  1. Male or Female, age between 25–40 years
  2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
  3. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (experience in the industrial sector is a plus)
  4. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  5. Service-minded, able to work under pressure, and a good team player
  6. Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Email, Internet)
  7. Must have a personal car and a valid driving license (for customer visits)
  8. Willing to travel upcountry as required
  9. Good command of English or Chinese is an advantage
