Job Descriptions
- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Define project scope, identifying what is in and out of scope, and professionally communicate this to clients.
- Design system solutions using Mendix or other tools, ensuring best practices and scalability.
- Collaborate with Software Engineers to ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with Project Manager to align scope of work with project timeline.
- Produce neat, clear, and detailed documentation, including system requirements, workflows, and solution design.
- Ensure that design documents are reviewed, approved, and signed off by clients before development begins.
- Support Software Engineers and Testers, providing guidance and clarification when needed.
- Facilitate client communication, ensuring a professional and friendly approach while addressing concerns and expectations.
- Assist in system testing and validation to ensure the final product meets the agreed requirements.
- Continuously improve requirements gathering and documentation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Other tasks as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analysis, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in system analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Experience in requirement gathering, scope management, and solution design.
- Familiarity with Mendix or other low-code platforms is a plus.
- Strong ability to communicate with clients professionally and clearly.
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate closely with Software Engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, system modeling, and business process design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
