Goal: Bring new customers (mainly foreigners) into the bar from the street or nearby areas. Responsibilities: • Stand or walk outside the bar to approach tourists • Invite guests in a friendly and positive way • Explain bar offers and encourage entry • Work closely with bar manager and hostesses inside Salary: • Low basic salary (or none) + high commission per customer entered • Extra bonus if customer stays longer or buys lady drinks •

Qualifications

Outgoing, confident and good English skills
Friendly appearance and polite manners
Able to work evenings and weekends
Strong communication – not shy to speak with strangers
