Goal: Take care of customers inside the bar – drink with them, entertain them, and make them happy. Responsibilities: • Sit with customers, have drinks together • Smile, talk, and be a good listener • Encourage customers to buy lady drinks • Make guests feel welcome and want to stay longer • Help with small service tasks (e.g. light food orders, music requests) Salary: • Main income from lady drink commission • Top girls earn 40,000–80,000 THB/month • Some bars give 300–500 THB nightly guarantee + bonuses

Qualifications

Very good social and communication skills
Fun personality, playful but respectful
Attractive and well-groomed
Some English skills are needed (training provided)
No dancing required
