Job Descriptions
We are seeking a skilled and experienced sublimation printing specialist to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sublimation printing process, from preparing artwork to operating printing machines and ensuring the final product meets quality standards. This role requires deep knowledge of sublimation techniques, attention to detail, color accuracy, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the entire sublimation printing process, from artwork preparation to final output. • Set up and operate sublimation equipment, including printers and heat press machines. • Ensure color accuracy and print quality by controlling and adjusting printing settings. • Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery. • Lead, train, and support junior staff in the sublimation department. • Maintain equipment and monitor inventory of sublimation materials. • Continuously improve production efficiency and quality standards.
Qualifications
  1. Male
  2. Vocational Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  3. Minimum 10 years of experience in sublimation printing processes.
  4. Deep understanding of the entire sublimation process, including artwork, graphic, fabric types, inks, paper, color management, and heat press operations.
  5. Ability to handle troubleshooting and maintenance of sublimation equipment.
  6. Team player with a high sense of responsibility
  7. Attention to detail and high standards of quality.
  8. Proactive and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
