Qualifications
  1. อายุ 22 – 35 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการจัดการโลจิสติกส์
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานจัดซื้อในประเทศและ/หรือต่างประเทศ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับสื่อสารและจัดทำเอกสารได้
  5. มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  6. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel / MS Office ได้อย่างดี
  7. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ซื่อสัตย์ รับผิดชอบ และทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี

- ค้นหาและคัดเลือกผู้ขายทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศที่มีคุณภาพและตรงตามความต้องการของบริษัท- เจรจาต่อรองราคาและเงื่อนไขการซื้อกับ Supplier ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ- เปิดใบสั่งซื้อ (PO) และติดตามสถานะการจัดส่งให้เป็นไปตามแผน- จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานจัดซื้อ เช่น ใบเสนอราคา ใบสั่งซื้อ เอกสารการนำเข้า ฯลฯ- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลสินค้า ใบเสนอราคา และรายละเอียดอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง- ประสานงานกับทีม Shipping และหน่วยงานภายใน เช่น ฝ่ายคลังสินค้า บัญชี และขาย- จัดเก็บข้อมูล Supplier และประวัติการสั่งซื้อเพื่อใช้ในการวิเคราะห์และตัดสินใจในอนาคต- รายงานผลการดำเนินงาน และช่วยปรับปรุงกระบวนการจัดซื้อให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น
