งานสรรหา ว่าจ้าง จัดทำค่าแรงพนักงาน และดูแลรับผิดชอบงานธุรการ รวมทั้งดูเเลระเบียบวินัยของพนักงานอย่างเคร่งครัด
Qualifications
- เพศชาย-หญิง
- อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
- ปวส. - ปริญาตรี ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์งานบุคคล 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฏหมายเเรงงาน ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ ที่เกี่ยวข้องในระดับดี
- มีทักษะการประสานงาน กับส่วนงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายใน และภายนอกบริษัทฯ
- ประสบการณ์ด้าน HR. payroll เคยทำเงินเดือนผ่านโปรแกรมต่างๆควบคู่ Excel 1-2 ปี
- มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ มีความรับผิดชอบ และสามารถรับแรงกดดัน ในงานที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ดี
