Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary / Client Coordinator to join our team. This role serves as the central point of contact for both internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely coordination, and exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for executives and team members Handle both internal and external communications in Thai and English with professionalism and clarity Act as the primary liaison between clients and departments to ensure prompt issue resolution and service quality Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate meeting minutes, and follow up on action items Maintain organized filing systems for documentation, contracts, and correspondence Assist in preparing client proposals, presentations, and reports Support administrative tasks such as travel bookings, expense claims, and office management as needed Ensure all communications and interactions are handled with confidentiality, efficiency, and attention to detail * Preferred Skills (Bonus) * : Experience working in professional services, consulting, or accounting firms Prior experience in minute-taking and drafting formal communications
Qualifications
  1. Female, age between 23 – 35 years
  2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Humanities, or a related field
  3. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative or client service roles
  4. Fluent in both Thai and English (written and verbal)
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident and articulate personality
  6. Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage client relationships
  7. Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to identify key points and summarize effectively
  8. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  9. Immediate availability will be considered an advantage
  10. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  11. Capable of handling urgent matters and making sound preliminary decisions
  12. Ability to multitask and manage several assignments or projects simultaneously
  13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business email platforms
  14. Understanding of business etiquette and professional client service standards
  15. High level of integrity and accountability; able to handle confidential information with discretion
