Job Descriptions
- ตรวจสอบ ดูแล และบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ในสายการผลิตให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ - ปฏิบัติงานซ่อมแซมเครื่องจักรเมื่อเกิดปัญหา ทั้งในส่วนของระบบควบคุม (Control) และระบบจ่ายพลังงาน (Power) - วางแผนและดำเนินการซ่อมบำรุงเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) ตามแผนที่กำหนด - วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นกับเครื่องจักรอย่างรวดเร็ว เพื่อลด Downtime ของการผลิต - ตรวจสอบและปรับแต่งอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าและเครื่องกลให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน - อ่านและตีความแบบวงจรไฟฟ้า (Electrical Drawing / Schematic) เพื่อใช้ในการซ่อมบำรุง - จัดทำรายงานการซ่อมบำรุงและบันทึกประวัติการทำงานของเครื่องจักร - ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิตหรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการวางแผนหยุดเครื่องจักรเพื่อการซ่อมบำรุง - ปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยในการทำงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
Qualifications
  1. มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ในโรงงาน
  2. มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับระบบไฟฟ้าในอุตสาหกรรม
  3. มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านเครื่องกลในอุตสาหกรรม
  4. ซ่อมแซมเครื่องจักรในส่วนของระบบควบคุมและระบบไฟฟ้า
  5. ดำเนินการซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance)
  6. สามารถอ่านแบบวงจรไฟฟ้า / แผนผังวงจร (Schematic) ได้
