Job description
- Help our client to go through all BOI activities and make sure it was handled properly
- Coordinate and closely follow up with Customer Service and Customs Brokerage team for smoothly operation
- Monitor customer complaint and any problems caused by operation and also review for service improvement.
- Other jobs as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
- Male/Female, any age.
- Minimum 4 years’ Experience in BOI process
- Understanding the Production process and BOM
- Multi-task working ability or willing to learn new things
- Good English communication
- Service minded person, hard-working, good interpersonal skill, flexible to handle urgent request from customers
- team result oriented and understanding nature on service operations
