ด้านควบคุมการจัดเตรียมการผลิต 1.จัดสรรกำลังคน 2.มอบหมายให้พนักงานจัดเตรียมเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ในการทำงาน 3.ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ 4.จัดเตรียมวัตถุดิบ 5.ประสานงานกับฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุงเรื่องการเตรียมเครื่องจักร ด้านการควบคุมการผลิต 1.ควบคุมและตรวจสอบกระบวนการผลิต 2.แก้ไขปัญหาในกระบวนการผลิต 3.ควบคุมการใช้ทรัพยากร 4.ควบคุมการส่งมอบสินค้าให้สโตร์ 5.ตรวจสอบจุดที่อาจจะก่อให้เกิดอันตราย 6.ตรวจสอบการใช้อุปกรณ์ ความปลอดภัยส่วนบุคคล ด้านการจัดการทั่วไป 1.ดูแลระบบคุณภาพต่างๆ 2.ปรับปรุงงาน 3.บริหารบุคลากร
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร วิศวกรรมอาหาร อุตสาหกรรมอาหาร หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการผลิตในโรงงานอาหาร อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
  3. มีความรู้และความเข้าใจในระบบคุณภาพต่างๆ เช่น 5ส, GHPs, HACCP, ISO เป็นต้น
  4. มีความชำนาญในสายงานผลิต
  5. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้เครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ
  6. มีความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมต่างๆ เช่น Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  7. มีความเป็นผู้นำ สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
  8. สามารถปฏิบัติงาน 6 วัน (หยุดวันธรรมดา) ได้
