Job Descriptions
1. งานพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ 2. วางระบบการทำงาน HR 3. บริหารงานบุคคลทั้งหมด ได้แก่ สรรหาบุคคลากร, ตรวจเงินเดือน, ฝึกอบรม, สวัสดิการ 4. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย-หญิง
  2. อายุ 30-45 ปี
  3. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานบุคคล 2 ปีขึ้นไป
  5. มีความรู้เรื่อง ปกส.กองทุนทดแทน กองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ ภงด
  6. มีความรู้โครงสร้างเงินเดือน
  7. มีความรู้การคิดค่าจ้าง/เงินเดือน
  8. มีความรู้เรื่องกฎหมายแรงงาน
  9. มีความรู้เรื่องระบบประเมินผล (KPI&Competency)
  10. มีความรู้เรื่องการส่งเอกสารราชการ เช่น ปกส กท.ภงด
  11. หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
