Job Descriptions
• Maintaining communication with distributors and SI partners.
• Conduct outbound calls or emails to promote products, promotions, and updates.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, inventory, and NFR requests.
• Support execution of marketing campaigns and collect customer feedback.
• Work closely with pre-sales, sales, and product teams to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in Telesales, Sales support, or Customer Service preferred.
- Proactive, service-minded, with good communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT).
- Good command of English.
- Familiarity with networking products is a strong advantage.
