Job Descriptions
1. ตรวจสอบและควบคุมคุณภาพของบรรจุภัณฑ์ (Packaging Materials) ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
2. ตรวจรับ / ประสานงาน วัสดุบรรจุภัณฑ์ขาเข้า (Incoming packaging material inspection) และบันทึกผลการตรวจสอบ
3. ประสานงานกับฝ่าย sourcing, ฝ่ายคลังสินค้า และฝ่ายผลิตเกี่ยวกับปัญหาคุณภาพของบรรจุภัณฑ์
4. จัดทำและตรวจสอบ Specification, Sampling Plan, Work Instruction และ Standard ของบรรจุภัณฑ์
5. ตรวจสอบคุณภาพบรรจุภัณฑ์ในกระบวนการผลิตและสินค้าสำเร็จรูป เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าสอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนด
6. รวบรวม วิเคราะห์ และจัดทำรายงานข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า หรือปัญหาคุณภาพที่เกี่ยวกับบรรจุภัณฑ์
7. ร่วมกับทีมพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์/วิศวกรรม ในการทดสอบและอนุมัติวัสดุบรรจุภัณฑ์ใหม่
8. เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมการตรวจประเมินภายใน (Internal Audit) และภายนอก (Customer / Third Party Audit)
9. สนับสนุนกิจกรรมด้านคุณภาพ เช่น GMP, HACCP, ISO, BRC, หรือมาตราฐานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์, เทคโนโลยีการอาหาร, วิศวกรรมบรรจุภัณฑ์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในสายงาน QA/QC ด้านบรรจุภัณฑ์ อย่างน้อย 1–3 ปี
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติบรรจุภัณฑ์ เช่น ฟิล์ม, ขวด, ฝา, กล่อง ฯลฯ
- เข้าใจมาตรฐานคุณภาพ เช่น GMP, HACCP, ISO9001, BRC หรืออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้เครื่องมือวัดและทดสอบทางด้านบรรจุภัณฑ์ได้ เช่น Drop test, Compression test ฯลฯ
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีทัศนคติที่ดีในการทำงานเป็นทีม
