Job Descriptions
-Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and employee expense claims accurately and in a timely manner. -Ensure all invoices are properly authorized and coded to appropriate cost centers. -Maintain vendor records and handle vendor inquiries. -Prepare and process payment runs (cheque, wires, EFT) -Reconcile AP sub ledger to the general ledger monthly. -Monitor AP ensure timely payment of due invoices. -Prepare and reconciliation Taxation PND 3 ,53 -Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
  1. Male or Female
  2. Age 22-30 Year old
  3. Microsoft Office Excel and Word
  4. 1–3 years of experience in accounting, with hands-on experience in AP and GL functions. Skills
  5. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  6. Proficiency in accounting software Microsoft Dynamics 365
  7. Advanced Excel skills
  8. Attention to detail and accuracy
  9. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  10. Bachelor’s Degree
  11. Resume or CV (ONLY) English
