Job Descriptions
Technical Skills: - Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design. - Proficient in microcontroller-based systems, signal processing, and power electronics. - Experience with hardware-software integration and embedded firmware basics. - Skilled in debugging and failure analysis using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab tools. - Knowledge of signal integrity, high-speed design, and thermal analysis. - Familiarity with design-for-manufacturability (DFM) and design-for-test (DFT) practices. Leadership & Project Management Skills: - Ability to lead and mentor a team of junior engineers and technicians. - Experience with project planning, task delegation, and timeline tracking. - Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams (software, mechanical, quality, manufacturing). - Experience in reviewing design documents, conducting design reviews, and approving engineering changes. - Decision-making skills under technical and time constraints. - Competence in problem-solving and root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa, etc.). Tools & Documentation: - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and engineering documentation tools. - Familiar with PLM systems, version control, and BOM management. - Comfortable using simulation tools (e.g., LTspice, MATLAB/Simulink, PSpice). Mon-Fri (08:00-17:00)
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Experience supervising or leading a team of engineers or technical staff.
  3. Proven experience with designing and validating complex electronic systems, including PCB layout, schematics, and embedded systems.
  4. Proficient in Altium Designer or equivalent PCB design tools (e.g., OrCAD, Mentor Graphics).
  5. Experience in product development lifecycle, from concept through to mass production.
  6. Familiarity with automotive standards such as ISO 26262, IATF 16949, and functional safety principles.
  7. Knowledge of compliance requirements (EMC, RoHS, CE, UL, etc.) and testing procedures.
  8. Strong command of English (written and spoken) for documentation and communication.
