Job Descriptions
Manage persistency rate, control the cancellation rate and do data analysis to improve TSR productivity.
Control and Manage TSR and employees in Telesales team to ensure that team performance meets the sales target and KPIs.
Work closely with business partners, product team and marketing team to deliver the business growth plan.
Work closely with Senior Management team to update sales performance and business issues.
To ensure the infrastructure, technologies, securities and processes deployed at all TSRs are fully complied with company’s standard and local laws & regulations.
Organized rewards and recognition program to motivate TSR team.
Qualifications
- Experience on minimum 2 years of telesales management with at least 1-2 years of experience in insurance business
- Having experience in managing Telesales team is preferable.
