Job Descriptions
1. Documentation & Compliance Prepare and verify import/export documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin). Ensure compliance with BOI regulations, customs laws, and international trade agreements (e.g., FTA, INCOTERMS). 2. Customs Clearance Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and authorities to expedite clearance. Classify goods under HS codes and handle BOI-related tax/duty exemptions. 3. Logistics Coordination Arrange shipments (air, sea, land) and track deliveries. Negotiate with logistics providers for cost-effective solutions. Ability to collaborate effectively with customs brokers.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics
  3. Knowledge of BOI procedures, customs regulations (e.g., Thailand’s Customs Act).
  4. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and trade software.
  5. Fluent in English (for international correspondence).
