Job Descriptions
งานระบบเอกสารควบคุม (Document Controlled ISO and ISM)
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารเพื่อนำเข้าสู่ระบบ
- ติดตามและตรวจสอบ Certificates ที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง
งานตรวจสอบระบบคุณภาพ
- ประสานงานและดำเนินการ Internal Audits และรับ External Audits ตามแผนงานที่กำหนดไว้
งานตรวจประเมินคุณภาพระบบการบริหารเพื่อความปลอดภัยสำหรับผู้บริหารเรือ
- ติดตามแผนการตรวจประเมินร่วมกับหน่วยงานภายนอก
งานด้านเอกสาร
- จัดทำเอกสารการทําเบิก คืนเงินสดย่อย และค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นภายในฝ่าย
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีความรู้ในเรื่องเอกสาร ISO/ISM จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถพูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint ได้ดี
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและประสานงานที่ดี
- สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติต่างจังหวัดได้เป็นครั้งคราวได้
