Job Descriptions
- ออกแบบ UX (บางส่วน) เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับประสบการณ์ผู้ใช้จริง - ออกแบบ UI และพัฒนาโค้ด Frontend ให้สามารถใช้งานได้จริง - พัฒนาและดูแล Design System และ Component Library ที่ใช้ร่วมกันทั้งทีม - ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Product, Design และ Engineering เพื่อพัฒนา Feature ใหม่ ๆ - คิดและปรับปรุง UX อย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ - ตรวจสอบและดูแลให้การออกแบบและพัฒนาอยู่ในแนวทางเดียวกัน
Qualifications
  1. มีใจรักการออกแบบ
  2. มีพื้นฐานด้าน UX/UI และสามารถใช้เครื่องมือออกแบบ เช่น Figma หรือ Adobe XD ได้ดี
  3. สามารถเขียนโค้ด Frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript หรือ Framework เช่น React/Vue) ได้
  4. เข้าใจหลักการ UX และสามารถนำมาปรับใช้กับงานโค้ดได้อย่างเหมาะสม
  5. มีความสามารถในการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น และสื่อสารกับทีมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
  6. มีประสบการณ์กับการสร้างหรือดูแล Design System (ถ้ามีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  7. เข้าใจแนวคิดการออกแบบเชิงระบบ (System Thinking) (ถ้ามีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  8. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานร่วมกับทีมแบบ Agile หรือ Scrum (ถ้ามีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  9. ผู้ที่ชื่นชอบทั้งการออกแบบและการเขียนโค้ด (สิ่งที่บริษัทกำลังมองหา)
  10. คนที่อยากสร้างประสบการณ์ผู้ใช้ที่ดีที่สุดด้วยมือของตนเอง (สิ่งที่บริษัทกำลังมองหา)
  11. ผู้ที่สามารถทำงานได้ทั้งสาย Frontend และ UX (สิ่งที่บริษัทกำลังมองหา)
