Job Descriptions
Job Description : Handle the entire recruitment process for large volumes of candidates from start to finish. Recruit employees as per company requirements. Research platforms for recruitment opportunities. Develop recruitment plans for all channels. Manage job application channels on social media platforms such as TikTok. Conduct orientation sessions for new employees. Properly prepare the employment contract and all other necessary documents for the first day of work. Manage and facilitate the orientation and onboarding process for new employees. Prepare and distribute uniforms for new employees. Weekly performance report. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Psychology, or other related fields.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in recruitment.
  3. Basic proficiency in English communication.
  4. Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Canva, Excel, etc.
  5. Knowledge and understanding of HR operations and principles.
