Job Descriptions
- ให้บริการลูกค้าและตอบคำถาม ทางโทรศัพท์,อีเมล์,ระบบ Feedback และช่องทางต่าง ๆ - ประสานงานกับทีมเกมเพื่อช่วยกันแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับลูกค้า - งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เช่น เทสเกม ช่วยงานแปลเกม - เล่นเกมของบริษัทฯ ด้วย เพื่อเป็นความรู้ประกอบการทำงาน ในการให้บริการลูกค้า -ทำงาน 5 วัน/สัปดาห์ (วันหยุด 2 วัน/วันหยุดตามตารางที่หัวหน้าจัด) **ทำงานเข้าวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์ จะได้ค่าพิเศษ วันละ 150 บาท** -เวลาทำงาน 9.00 - 18.00 น. (มีเวลาพักให้ 1 ชั่วโมงครึ่ง) @@สามารถเข้างานกะบ่าย (14.00-23.00 น.) ได้ หากมีการเปิดกะบ่ายในวันข้างหน้า (กะบ่ายเลิกดึกจะได้ค่าพิเศษวันละ 200 บาท)@@ ** สัญญาจ้างปีต่อปี และสามารถต่อสัญญาได้เรื่อย ๆ ** เงินเดือนเริ่มต้น 20,000 ขึ้นไป (พิจารณาตามประสบการณ์/skill ภาษา/ตามตกลง)
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย/หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
  2. สัญชาติไทย วุฒิปริญญาตรี
  3. มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี รักงานบริการ
  4. ถ้าชอบเล่นเกม มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเกม ไม่เบื่อเล่นเกม หรือมีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับ Customer Service จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานด้ เช่น Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) เป็นต้น
