Job Descriptions1.The main responsibility is to ensure that all matters involving the quality of part defects found during the inspection process, assembly process and customer complaints whether due to packaging, manufacturing defects or assembly process are taken corrective action.
2.Responsible for looking after the affairs of employees in quality management department, especially in matters relating to discipline and company requirements
3.To manage and monitor all documentation/preparation towards IATF 16949 certificate as well as ISO14001, PPS and VDA 6.3 process audit
4.To advise and monitor QC-Inspector, especially if there is customer feedback (Internal/External) on quality problems of either part of assembly that escaped inspection
5.Customer Representative. To address customer complaints, support customers to join the investigation and rework when needed, also responsible for responding to 8D for action plans and closing by date line, including update SWI and FMEA/ Control plan when required
