Job Descriptions
1. บริหารจัดการการคัดแยกพัสดุ: ควบคุมกระบวนการรับเข้า–คัดแยก–ส่งออกพัสดุให้ถูกต้องและทันเวลา จัดลำดับความสำคัญของงานคัดแยกในแต่ละช่วงเวลา 2. ควบคุมดูแลทีมงาน: บริหารและจัดตารางทำงานของพนักงานในแผนก แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าหน้างาน รวมถึงความขัดแย้งภายในทีม ประเมินผลการทำงาน และเสนอแนะแนวทางพัฒนาทีม 3. ตรวจสอบและควบคุมคุณภาพงาน: ตรวจสอบจำนวนพัสดุเข้า–ออกคลัง ให้ตรงกับระบบ ควบคุมไม่ให้เกิดพัสดุหาย เสียหาย หรือจัดส่งผิดปลายทาง ตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยของพื้นที่การทำงาน ความสะอาด ความปลอดภัย 4. ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง: ติดต่อประสานงานกับแผนกรถ, แอดมิน, ฝ่ายคลังอื่น ๆ และสำนักงานใหญ่ รายงานปัญหา/เหตุการณ์ต่าง ๆ ให้หัวหน้าระดับสูงหรือ HR ทราบ 5. จัดทำรายงาน: สรุปข้อมูลการคัดแยกพัสดุรายวัน รายสัปดาห์ รายงานปัญหา ความล่าช้า หรือข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อปรับปรุงการทำงาน
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิ ม.6 ขึ้นไป (ปวส./ป.ตรี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในงานคลังสินค้า/คัดแยกพัสดุ หรือบริหารจัดการทีมอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  3. มีภาวะผู้นำ แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  4. สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ และทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
  5. สวัสดิการ KPI, โบนัสตามผลงาน
