Job Descriptions
- Support the workshop supervisor in executing management duties and ensuring adherence to company policies. - Organize and assign production tasks based on the workshop’s schedules and plans, ensuring timely completion of all activities. - Monitor team members to guarantee strict compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintain product quality, and ensure accurate completion and approval of production documentation. - Oversee the implementation of hygiene management practices, inspecting cleanliness standards and SOP adherence within the workshop. - Lead initiatives for minor process improvements and innovations within the workshop, collaborating closely with other departments to resolve technical issues, while fostering creativity and teamwork among staff.
Qualifications
  1. Production management experience in the plastic pipe industry (PPRPE PB) more than 3 years.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
