Qualifications
  1. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงาน HR อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์ในสายโรงงานจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  3. มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแรงงาน ประกันสังคม และภาษีเงินได้
  4. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Excel และระบบคำนวณเงินเดือนได้ดี
  5. มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร ประสานงาน และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  6. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และรักษาความลับของข้อมูลพนักงานได้อย่างเหมาะสม
