รายละเอียดงาน 1. ให้บริการลูกค้าที่ใช้ Product ของบริษัท ผ่านทาง Remote และทางโทรศัพท์ 2. รับฟังปัญหา วิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุ ดำเนินการแก้ไขและส่งมอบการแก้ปัญหาที่ดีให้กับลูกค้า 3. ประสานงานกับลูกค้าและทีมงานฝ่ายต่างๆ เพื่อให้การแก้ไขปัญหาของลูกค้าผ่านไปได้ด้วยดี
Qualifications
  1. อายุระหว่าง 21-30
  2. จบการศึกษาขั้นต่ำปริญญาตรี สาขาด้านวิทยาศาสตร์/วิศวกรรมศาสตร์คอมพิวเตอร์/ระบบสารสนเทศทางคอมพิวเตอร์/คอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ/เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศหรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ ในการทำงาน ไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี หรือนักศึกษาจบใหม่
  4. มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ละเอียดรอบคอบ สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม ประสานงานภายในทีม และทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้
  5. มีความรับผิดชอบและเสียสละเพื่อส่วนรวม เพื่อถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีให้กับผู้อื่น
  6. สามารถเรียนรู้ได้รวดเร็ว ชอบศึกษาและค้นหาความรู้ใหม่ๆได้ด้วยตนเอง และมีความมุ่งมั่นที่จะทำงานให้สำเร็จตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
  7. สามารถออนไซต์ ไปทำงานต่างจังหวัดได้(เป็นครั้งคราว)
  8. มีความรู้พื้นฐาน ด้านระบบฐานข้อมูล และการ Config เกี่ยวกับระบบ Client - Server
  9. สามารถทำงานในวันเสาร์ จำนวนเดือนละ 2 เสาร์ได้ (หมุนเวียนสับเปลี่ยนภายในทีม)
  10. ต้องมีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการจัดการ Database ด้วย SQL
