Summary of Position: The accountant will be responsible for accounting process for Asian companies serviced by the FSSC Asia and ensure all accounting activities are performed according to the company’s reporting protocols and procedures. Reporting to:Finance Shared Service Supervisor Location:INVE Asia Services, Nonthaburi, Thailand Salary range:- Tasks and responsibilities: 1.Accounts receivables •Checking and posting invoices to related parties •Booking all collection from customers 2.Accounts Payables •Booking of AP invoices, expense notes, bank charges •Booking payment to vendors •Booking of the withholding taxes. Follow up of the collection of the corresponding withholding certificate in original, in coordination with local accountant 3.Expenses •Validate expense notes and make sure that it is approved before making payment •Make booking on accrual basis 4.Payment •Make the payment via Internet Banking 5.Fixed Asset •Review supporting documents of Fixed assets to ensure that it should be recorded as fixed assets •Create new fixed assets items in SAP 6.Report •VAT report •Reconciliation file Profile: Minimum degree •Bachelor degree in Accounting Working Hours : Monday – Friday ; 8.30-17.30 Welfare : Health insurance, Life insurance, Accident insurance, Provident Fund, Annual physical check up, Annual party
