Job Descriptions
•วางแผน ควบคุม และบริหารจัดการบุคคลากรภายในให้เป็นตามเป้าหมายหน่วยงาน และบริษัท •วางแผนและควบคุมการผลิตให้สอดคล้องตามความต้องการของลูกค้า •รับคำสั่งซื้อจากลูกค้าและบันทึกลงในระบบ ERP •จัดทำแผนส่งมอบสินค้าให้ลูกค้าให้ทันตามกำหนด •จัดทำแผนงานรถจัดส่งให้สามารถตอบสนองความต้องการทั้งภายในและภายนอก •ปฏิบัติงานและประสานงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานสนับสนุนภายในและภายนอกองค์กร •แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า ติดตามผล ป้องกันการเกิดซ้ำ พร้อมรายงานผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบ •มีทักษะ ในการสื่อสาร และการนำเสนอที่ดี มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี •ติดต่อประสานกับลูกค้าการรับรองคำสั่งซื้อ และตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าได้เป็นอย่างดี •ตรวจติดตามการทำงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา •ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมายตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชาสั่ง
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง อายุ 25 - 40 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี/สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง ขึ้นไป
  3. มีประสบการณ์การทำงานวางแผนการผลิตอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี และภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
  5. ขยัน อดทน รับผิดชอบในหน้าที่สูง และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้อย่างดี
  6. มีความสามารถในการติดต่อประสานงานได้เป็นอย่างดี
  7. มีภาวะเป็นผู้นำ
  8. รู้ข้อกำหนด ISO 9001:2015
  9. สามารถเดินทางมาเองได้
