Job DescriptionsWe are looking for a Quality Translations Manager to lead our efforts in maintaining and improving linguistic quality across all multilingual projects. You will play a key role in ensuring that every translated asset meets our clients’ expectations, adheres to industry standards, and is aligned with brand and cultural nuances.
- Define, implement, and monitor translation quality assurance (QA) processes and KPIs
- Manage linguist and reviewer feedback loops to continually improve output
- Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and in-house teams to address quality issues
- Oversee glossary and style guide development and adherence
- Conduct linguistic audits and post-delivery quality checks
- Onboard and train translators and reviewers on quality expectations
- Analyze QA data to drive continuous improvement and reporting
Qualifications - Proven experience in localization, translation QA, or linguistic quality management
- Strong command of English and at least one additional language
- Experience with CAT tools and QA software (e.g., Xbench, Verifika, Trados, memoQ)
- Detail-oriented with a high level of linguistic sensitivity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience in managing or mentoring linguists is a plus
