- Plan and ensure that the operations of the accounting and finance department comply with all relevant laws and regulations related to taxation, finance, and accounting. - Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards. - Analyze key financial and accounting data to provide strategic recommendations that support profit maximization and risk mitigation. - Maintain accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts, accounting policies, and related procedures. - Strategically plan and manage internal controls in compliance with J-SOX requirements in an efficient and timely manner. - Liaise with external auditors and relevant government agencies on matters related to taxation, finance, and accounting. - Manage and lead subordinates at all levels to foster a productive and compliant work environment aligned with company policies. - Provide training and coaching to team members to support their professional development and enhance overall team performance.

Qualifications

Male or Female
Age 35 - 45 years old
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Accounting & Finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Experience in working with international accounting standards and local tax regulations.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
Experience in preparing and reviewing monthly financial and accounting reports
Familiarity with J-SOX or other internal control frameworks.
Proficiency in accounting software SAP, Oracle, Dynamic AX etc.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Good command of English Advantage if has Japanese
Good computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, especially Excel)
