Job Title: Office / Sales Manager (Online job) – Location: Brisbane Australia Availability: 6 days per week Training in Mueang Chiangmai About the Role: We are a growing moving company looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Office / Sales Manager to join our team. You will act as the communication bridge between our ground staff and customers, ensuring every move runs smoothly from booking to completion. Key Responsibilities: •Coordinate with the ground team and keep customers updated on arrival times •Provide quotes and follow up with prospective clients •Call customers to collect payments via the Xero application •Confirm payments and job details in the team WhatsApp group •Book in new customers and confirm jobs the night before •Track and report on conversion rates •Ensure all staff follow operational procedures •Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professional communication Compensation •Training period (1st month): 25,000 THB/month •After training: Unlimited earning potential based on performance Most team members average around 60,000 THB/month or more with commissions •Bonus: If the company hits its annual revenue targets, you’ll receive a personal bonus check as a thank-you for your contribution
Qualifications
  1. Fluent English (spoken and written)
  2. Strong communication and organizational skills
  3. Able to multitask and manage a fast-paced workflow
  4. Sales or customer service experience preferred
  5. Available 6 days per week
  6. Motivated by performance-based income
