Job Descriptions
1.ขายพื้นที่เช่าได้ตามเป้าหมายที่บริษัทกำหนด 2.บริหารการขายพื้นที่เช่า (กรณีมีลูกทีม) 3.นำเสนอ Presentation หรือ Proposal งานขายด้วยตนเอง 4.แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการตลาด ,บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งงานขายพื้นที่เช่า 7 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้านธุรกิจศูนย์การค้า ,Retail หรือ ฝ่ายขายพื้นที่เช่าโดยตรง
  4. มีความรับผิดชอบและรับแรงกดดันได้ดี
  5. มีความคิดเชิงบวก คิดเป็นระบบ สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  6. มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง และทักษะการนำเสนอ
  7. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
  8. สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft office ได้ดี
  9. มีความรู้เรื่องแบรนด์สินค้า
