Job DescriptionsMC Talent Sourcing & Onboarding
Identify, assess, and recruit charismatic, camera-ready MCs for brand livestreams across TikTok Shop and other platforms.
Lead onboarding and orientation for new MCs, ensuring alignment with brand tone and platform requirements.
Scheduling & Slot Management
Assign MCs to daily livestreaming slots based on availability, performance history, and campaign needs.
Coordinate with content and commercial teams to align livestreaming schedules with product priorities and promotional timelines.
Performance Monitoring & Coaching
Track individual MC performance (e.g., engagement rate, viewership, conversion rate).
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Deliver structured coaching sessions to improve MCs’ hosting, product storytelling, and audience engagement.
Product Training & Briefing
Work closely with the commercial and content teams to prepare product briefs for each livestream session.
Ensure MCs are well-informed on product USPs, brand voice, and campaign objectives before going live.
Quality Assurance
Monitor livestream sessions to ensure professionalism, accuracy, and audience engagement.
Enforce high standards in on-screen behavior, brand representation, and technical setup (lighting, sound, visuals).
Talent Retention & Development
Build strong relationships with MCs to maintain motivation, brand loyalty, and a collaborative working environment.
Plan team-building activities and incentive programs to boost morale and retention.
