Job Descriptions
•Maintain and update menus for franchise restaurants in India •Provide remote consultation and culinary support to franchise teams •Develop and document authentic Thai recipes •Plan and execute quality control (QC) visits every other month •Create training materials and support skill development for franchise chefs
Qualifications
  1. Thai nationality, with strong knowledge of authentic Thai cuisine
  2. Prior experience as Sous Chef or similar role in a reputable Thai restaurant
  3. Good communication skills in Thai and English (able to communicate with international teams and franchise partners)
  4. Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
  5. Passionate about sharing culinary expertise and maintaining brand quality standards
