Job Descriptions
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับสายเรือ ลูกค้า ทั้งภายใน-ภายนอก เพื่อเตรียมค่าใช้
จ่ายในการดำเนินการ
- จัดการและจัดเก็บเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงาน และปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนได้อย่าง
ถูกต้อง
- จัดแพลนงานให้สำเร็จตามความต้องการของลูกค้าในทุกๆส่วนงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ติดตามและรายงานการบรรจุสินค้าให้กับทุกส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานตำแหน่งนี้อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
- มีทักษะในการติดต่อสื่อสารประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
- มีความรู้ในสายงาน Freight Forwarder เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ขั้นพื้นฐาน
