Job Descriptions
- Handling and resolving customer complaints via inbound and outbound calls, emails and social media such as Line, Facebook about cryptocurrency trading platforms.
- Identify customers’ needs, issues and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Working 5 Days a week (Day off rotate)
- Work in shifts (24 hrs.) **Work From Home ตั้งแต่วันแรก ต้องมีNotebook ส่วนตัว**
- Office Location : อาคารมหานครยิปซั่ม (ถ.ศรีอยุธยา ใกล้ BTS อนุสาวรีย์ชัยสมรภูมิ และ APL สถานีราชปรารภ)
Qualifications
- - Bachelor’s degree in any field
- - Male or female not over 35 years
- - Proficiency in English, with strong written and spoken skills (TOEIC score of 550+) ยื่นภายหลังได้
- - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
- ***Must have experience Call Center, Customer Service at least 6 months.***
