Job Descriptions

* Plan and organize marketing and sales activities to present products to target customer groups * Analyze and study market trends, competitor behavior, and consumer behavior to formulate appropriate sales and marketing strategies * Develop and present new marketing plans continuously to increase business and market opportunities * Manage and administer the marketing budget, including monitoring and evaluating the results of marketing activities * Manage sales and marketing teams to create collaboration and achieve sales targets * Monitor and evaluate sales and marketing performance to improve strategies and continuously adjust work processes * Collaborate with production and other departments to ensure products and services meet market demands

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Development, Marketing Management, Cosmetics Science
5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, especially in related industries
Able to travel within Bangkok and suburban zone
Ability to think analytically and create new marketing plans
Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, good communication and coordination skills, and ability to work in a team
Knowledge of market and competition, including business trends
Experience in the cosmetics industry or food industry will be given special consideration
Good communication skills in both Thai and English
