Job DescriptionsResponsibilities:
•Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost plans, and tender documentation
•Evaluate project budgets, construction costs, and monitor ongoing expenditures
•Analyze drawings, specifications, and contract terms to identify discrepancies
•Coordinate with project managers, procurement teams, and contractors to ensure cost control
•Review and verify progress claims, variation orders, and payment applications
•Participate in tender evaluations and contract negotiations
•Provide accurate cost forecasting and value engineering input
•Preparing monthly cost reports ,CVC and FTC
