Job Descriptions
1. รวบรวมเอกสาร และวิเคราะห์รายการค้า 2. บันทึกรายการบัญชีเข้าโปรแกรม 3. ปิดงบการเงินและรายละเอียดประกอบงบการเงิน (มีการสอนงานจนเป็น) 4. จัดทำบัญชีลูกหนี้การค้ารายตัวและเจ้าหนี้การค้ารายตัว 5. จัดทำงบการเงิน งบพิสูจน์ยอดเงินฝากธนาคาร งบกระแสเงินสด 6. จัดทำเอกสารประกอบการยื่นภาษี นำส่งภาษีให้กับหน่วยงานสรรพากร 7. ติดต่อประสานงานธนาคารและหน่วยงานต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง 8. ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้า ต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องในเบื้องต้น หมายเหตุ WFH 70% เข้าสำนักงาน 30% มีการสอนงานจนเข้าใจและสามารถทำงานได้ผ่านระบบคลาวด์
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชี (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาบัญชีจบใหม่และมีการสอนงานให้จนเป็น)
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในการทำบัญชี หรือการตรวจสอบบัญชี 1-5 ปี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  3. มีความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้เป็นอย่างดี (Excel)
  4. มีความรับผิดชอบสูง สามารถทำงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้เสร็จลุล่วงตามเวลาที่กำหนดได้
  5. รักงานด้านบัญชี มีความซื่อสัตย์ ขยัน ละเอียดรอบคอบ ช่างสังเกต
  6. ต้องการเรียนรู้งานในระบบบัญชีเต็มระบบ
