Job Descriptions
  • •Collect and record data of incoming shipments into the consolidated file for further track and trace.
  • •Keep monitoring the shipping instruction from HP (Project team).
  • •Prepare the delivery instruction with delivery note for delivery arrangement.
  • •Working closely with transport team for truck planning.
  • •Update PA/AM into OTIS system on daily basis.
  • •Track and trace the HP shipments and update status to customers.
  • •Monitoring the urgently shipment and follow the shipping instruction given by customers.
  • •Summarize the appointment report of DNA (Project) on daily basis.
  • •Making appointment with customers either by email or phone to get the confirmed delivery date for delivery arrangement.
  • •Request the supplement documents to support the delivery of customer in EPZ (Delta Electronics).
  • •To be back up when other team member is being away.
  • •Other assignments as per Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Operations Manager.
  • DATA ENTRY (POD) :-
  • •Follow up the signed D/N from trucker
  • •Working closely with transport vendor to follow up the delivery status
  • •Sorting the signed D/N and prepare cover sheet for returning hard copy of the signed D/N to HP.
  • •Keep filing the hard copy of signed POD and e-filing (scan doc) for record retention.
  • •Sending the signed D/N to HP by messenger on daily basis.
  • •Update status ‘D1’ into OTIS.
  • •Prepare the list of delivery on daily basis to get the RC for POD updating.
  • •Prepare the POD file report to HP on daily basis.
  • •Scan over the signed D/N of Scitex shipments and send to Scitex team by email.
  • •Copy the signed D/N of partial receipt by customer (reject for claim process) and handover to Claim team for further process.
Qualifications
  1. Male or female
  2. Over 1 year experience in air freight forwarding
  3. Monitoring the shipment and follow the shipping instruction given by customers.
  4. Making appointment with customers either by email or phone to get the confirmed delivery date for delivery arrangement
  5. Working with transport team to ensure that shipment will be delivered by appropriately
  6. Prepare the list of delivery on daily basis for POD updating into WMS
