- รับผิดชอบงานสรรหาพนักงานไทยทั้งระบบ - จัดทำเอกสารคนพิการ ม.33 ม.35 - ดูแล สายรถรับ-ส่งพนักงาน - ยื่นเอกสารราชการ - จัดทำรายงานประจำเดือน KPI แผนก
Qualifications
  1. มีภาวะเป็นผู้นำและความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ และ สามารถสื่อสารได้ดี
  2. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบคุณภาพISO และ มาตรฐานความปลอดภัยอาหาร
  3. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา การบริหารงานบุคคล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับงานสรรหาอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
  5. มีความอดทน สามารถปฏิบัติงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
  6. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับงานสรรหาเป็นอย่างดี
  7. มีความรู้เรื่องคนพิการ ม.33 ม.35
  8. สามารถใช้ โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel,Word,Powpoint ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  9. สามาระใช้ โปรแกรม Tigersoft,As400 จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
